Shipping Policy
Please remember that every piece is made to order! We do not keep stock. With that in mind, orders will ship out between 5-7 business days after being placed. If you need your order sooner or by a certain date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

We offer FREE First Class shipping within the US for orders over $25.

International Buyers:
Please be aware that depending on your location and chosen shipping method, some orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date to discuss the best shipping method for you.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to discuss your return. Refunds will be issued as long as your order is shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos! We will repair or replace your item free of charge up to 7 days after delivery date. After 7 days, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations:
Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order.

Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, Bunnimew cannot accept exchanges. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us immediately to discuss returning your order.
